Privacy & your details

For international demand research, we also save your chosen country (optional), page language and region, and source, channel, campaign and creative codes from the link. These are linked to your registration only when you submit the form with consent, to compare demand. We do not save full referring URLs or external advertising identifiers, or infer your country of residence from the page language.

FIGURA CLUB LTD is responsible for your details. Participation is voluntary. Email is the only required information field. Name, phone, intended use, price estimate in the displayed currency and pilot preference are optional. An email and your consent are needed to join the update list.

We use these details for demand research. Only if you separately opt in, we may send AEROSCALE email updates and launch offers, including promotional messages. If you opt into the pilot, we may contact you by email or call the number you provided about that pilot. Providing a phone number does not consent to SMS or WhatsApp marketing. Subscriber details are not public; dashboard access is restricted to an authorized administrator.

Service providers are OpenAI Sites for website hosting and management and Cloudflare for infrastructure and the database. They process data to operate this service and may process it outside Israel. The hosting service may retain operational/security data and use technical cookies. We have not added advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Optional usage measurement is described below. The WhatsApp link opens an external service only when you choose it.

Only after you allow measurement, our first-party system receives page views, clicks, scroll depth, grouped active time, video starts and signup steps. We retain a random visit ID hashed on the server, page path, source category, campaign code and screen-size group. Analytics does not store form contents, IP addresses, full referring URLs or screen recordings. This is pseudonymous, not fully anonymous data. New registrations are attributed to a visit without storing a link to a name or email in analytics.

Reports cover 90 days. Older data is removed on analytics and dashboard requests, so deletion can be delayed without traffic. The tab visit ID expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Change it under “Measurement preferences” at the bottom of the home page. Turning it off stops measurement and requests deletion of the current visit. Older visits that can no longer be identified remain until cleanup. Measurement is not required to sign up. Change measurement preferences.

We retain your details for up to 24 months after registration or until a removal request, whichever comes first. Use the personal deletion link shown after a new registration, or contact mr.guru.fit@gmail.com to request access, correction or removal. Email verification and automatic confirmation emails are not available yet; save your removal link.

Your choices

You can register for demand research without agreeing to promotional updates or the pilot. Leaving optional details blank does not prevent registration. You may request email opt-out only or removal of the entire record. We will verify a requester's identity as necessary to avoid disclosing or deleting someone else's information.
